The intake coordinator made me feel really good about hiring this law firm. He seemed compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. He also made me feel like I had made the right choice for choosing their services. However, they seem to not keep their word and will not return your calls. I have be...en told multiple times that my medpay had been submitted when in fact I am still receiving bills in the mail. I had appointments that were suppose to be coordinated only to find out after waiting quite a while that they were not. Only one person that I have called in this firm (which is many) ever returns your calls and even she is rather rude. I am absolutely NOT happy with the "service" I have received.

ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO YEARS AND NO SETTLEMENT I CANT EVEN GET MY LAYWER ON THE PHONE THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. AND AFTER CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING WHEN I FINALLY GET MY LAWYER ON THE PHONE SHE TELLS ME THAT SHE IS WAITING ON MY INSURANCE TO GET BACK TO HER BUT WHEN I CALL MY INSURANCE T...HEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THAT .. AND AFTER MISSING DAYS OF WORKER THAT THE LAWYER RECOMMENDED, I FEEL LIKE IM LOSING OUT MORE MONEY AND THE PERSON THAT HIT ME HAS ALREADY PAID YOUR LAW FIRM ..

Dont waste your time. You only speak to Mr Flit during initial consultation. Mine was over the phone. Immediately sends someone out to sign you up then nothing. You are handed over to his case workers and then you wait. Over the 2 year process those caseworkers changed every few months, they would ca...ll to introduce themselves but had no news. I had to constantly call to get any if no info and to inform them of my updates. ie surgeries, therapy, job stop and start. Terrible communiction, constant mail lost going to Lenox rd address.They finally said there was nothing else they could do and said I should agree to settle on a minimum amount so the could close the case. I requested to go to court, plea my case, continue to fight but they disagreed. The workman's com part of my case was passed on to another lawyer who was a bit more informative and easier to contact, but now after 2.5 years has also dropped my case with nothing else that can be done. The only loser here is me. Flit gets his 33%. I get pain and suffering for the rest of my life, things I can not do without lots of pain. All future doctor, therapy, medicine bills are on me. Thanks for nothing!

I retained Neil Flit after being rear ended in May 29, 2015. The intake coordinator came out, took my information and told me everything would be completed no later than September. I can call and speak to my case manager for the status of my case and I get the same answer "let me find out what's goin...g on and I'll call you back". I'm still waiting a month later to hear back from my last phone call to her. I just want to be able to pay my hospital bills, but it seems like I'll end up coming out of pocket to cover them myself for an accident that was not my fault. This has been nothing but one headache after another dealing with this firm.

I am currently pursuing with Mr.Flit. And the same as others I am not getting through. My case is also easy since I stopped my doctor visits. Now my bills are calling on notes due from time missed at work. I had a brand new car and the insurance totally fixed it in two weeks like new again. But yet I... can't settle foe lost wages and pain. I have been through two different paralegals in this firm, I have sent demand for settle and yet to speak to Mr. Flit. Now I get same response let me do my job. My accident was in Aug 2015.. I gave them until Jan of new year and still no response so far. I warn them in Dec how I was going to treat this. I had a accident a year ago and settled in 2 months. This firm is not worth my time or anyone else. When you loose wages and hurt due to someone else's negligent you shouldnt have to pay any longer and this lawyer makes you. They want money for themselves and you just as your bills want theirs. They don't seem to care enough to settle fast enough to make it easy on their clients. Maybe if they commute more the cases can move better and more smoothly. My husband withdrawn in month and settled on his own with no medical problems. I should of followed. I will check other law office if they can take on so I can fire if not to late. I gave this practice a benefit of chance now I'm done. Good luck to all others and don't follow my lead.
