Neil Richard Flit

As of today it’s been 4 long years with my ongoing case. I’ve never talked to him once for 3 years until the day of the deposition hearing. I’ve called to speak to him and get a voicemail instead. And don’t get me started on miss Melissa! She is the worst! And to put the cherry on top my chiropractor... bills are fraudulent AF!!!! I’m fighting my chiropractor bill as we speak because I’ve never used any chiropractor with my case. Plus I’ve received one mri treatment and they’re charging me $10k.... What????

For years I saw this law firm as all the rest of these reviews exclaim. However, I realized that I judged them from the eyes of past experiences with law firms who delivered everything I expected in a law firm: the return calls, the quick settlements, the doctors to attend, etc... Therefore, this law... firm wasn't delivering any of these. Nevertheless, those past law firms got me quick settlements and medical services that did not serve me fairly; and I'm still suffering with continuing discomforts related to the accidents; but with no rights to be served, because my attorney accepted and got me the quick settlement. I say all of this to say that in my last attempt of dealing with the frustration and disappointment with this law firm; I went directly to the firm to meet with the owner to discuss the apparent situations happening behind the scenes. I was very understanding and satisfied with the explanations I received regarding the process of my case for the past three years. I even expressed to him that if all of his clients could hear such from the firm, it would satisfy their obvious disapprovals as well. He agreed and apologized for the experiences, and lack of being able to communicate all of the processes happening behind the scenes, for the full advantages of his clients. Not only has this been a process for us as clients, but he too; is in a process of being better at serving; which I was clearly able to see; he has a passion for. Still, I haven't yet received my settlement. But I have received a response which I respect, believe, and applaud; and in the future, he is exactly the type of attorney I'd like to have represent me. Trust me, I had vowed never to have anything to do with this firm again. Now I'm encouraging others whom feel as I did; to be patient, and trust in the Lord, for he is good. Neil Flit, I appreciate your service.

Let me start by saying, this is no competitor, and no I am NO LONGER represented by this office. I figured I'd throw that out there since that seems to be their response to their appropriate terrible reviews. I was involved in a hit and run accident by a drunk driver (12/31/14), so this shouldn't hav...e been a complicated case. I inquired about their services, and someone was at my house IMMEDIATELY to take my case. That was the most contact I had with them! For over a year and a half, I called and emailed, with little to no response. I was never made aware of who my case was assigned to or anything. A year and 8 months later (8/2016), I acquired the services of Emanuel Dressie at Calvin Smith's office, and it was at that point that I was informed that Neil Flit's office had received a settlement from the defendants insurance company A YEAR ago (10/2015)! They had been sitting on my money and accumulating interest on MY MONEY and NEVER informed me they had received it. I literally called the police and had the police accompany me to his office to inquire about the whereabouts of my money (9/2016). It literally took until December 2016 for them to release my money to my new attorney, who was PHENOMENAL by the way! They had the nerve to want to keep 33%...WHY? Of course in the end that didn't happen, but why would they think they deserved it? The interest off my money was more than they deserved! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I'm sorry for those who made the same mistake as I by acquiring them in the first place. However, there are attorneys out there that WILL take over your case! GO FIND ONE...IMMEDIATELY!

Dont waste your time. You only speak to Mr Flit during initial consultation. Mine was over the phone. Immediately sends someone out to sign you up then nothing. You are handed over to his case workers and then you wait. Over the 2 year process those caseworkers changed every few months, they would ca...ll to introduce themselves but had no news. I had to constantly call to get any if no info and to inform them of my updates. ie surgeries, therapy, job stop and start. Terrible communiction, constant mail lost going to Lenox rd address.They finally said there was nothing else they could do and said I should agree to settle on a minimum amount so the could close the case. I requested to go to court, plea my case, continue to fight but they disagreed. The workman's com part of my case was passed on to another lawyer who was a bit more informative and easier to contact, but now after 2.5 years has also dropped my case with nothing else that can be done. The only loser here is me. Flit gets his 33%. I get pain and suffering for the rest of my life, things I can not do without lots of pain. All future doctor, therapy, medicine bills are on me. Thanks for nothing!
