No More TV Lawyers For Me

My family and I were in a head on collision in December 2012. The other driver was at fault and given a citation. I chose a lawyer from TV to handle my case. Once I retained him, he did absolutely nothing so I chose another lawyer. The second lawyer did nothing in 45 days (no medical treatment sc...heduled, no car rental, nothing). I chose a third lawyer (yes, once again from TV). I explained to him what I had been thru and he assured me that my case was top priority. Sixty days went by, nothing from this law firm either! I was finally referred to The Suggs Law Firm. Within 4 days, Attorney Suggs had a medical check in my hand...wow!! Thanks to his efforts, my family and I are no longer homeless. Yes, we were homeless due to this car accident and my inability to go back to work. It is obvious to me that the lawyers I chose from TV either had too many cases or did not take my case serious. I thank God that a friend told me about Mr. Suggs.

So Much Thanks The Suggs Law Firm

I hired Attorney Suggs based on the reviews I read about him. Although my husband and I initially thought about hiring one of those big shot TV attorneys, we are so glad we had sense enough to see right through them and go with someone who was highly recommended. Our car wreck caused us not only he...alth issues, but financial stress, job loss and other life changing factors. I could not believe the other insurance company was trying to get us to sign a release by offering us a ridiculous check amount ($1500). Attorney Suggs called and got us scheduled immediately to see the doctors he recommended. In short, we went through the recommended treatment program and was awarded over $100K settlement. You are awesome Mr. Suggs! Thanks again!!

A Difference of $157,000 in my case

I was hit by a car who pulled in front of me. The impact was hard enough that it caused my air bags to deploy. The other driver was clearly at fault. I suffered burns on my chest from the air bag impact as well as cuts and bruises on my legs and arms. The other party's insurance tried to minimize... my damages as well as the well-being of my health. Attorney Suggs refused to back down on my behalf, which was why I chose him in the first place (disciplined by the bar because he would not back down from the other attorney). His diligence and expertise were the reasons why my settlement was $157,000 more than what the insurance company tried to settle my case.

He Got The Job Done

I was injured in a car accident. After the run around with the insurance company I decided to hire an attorney. The search led me to The Suggs Law Firm. I was impressed with Mr. Suggs during our initial phone call. He was very genuine and made me feel he had my best interest at heart. Mr. Sug...gs does what he says he's going to do. His integrity is above reproach, and when you call him, you actually speak to him. I was awarded a very fair settlement during mediation process without going to trial. He's an excellent negotiator, compassionate for your needs, and made the difficult legal process tolerable. He will get the job done and works hard to earn you every dollar possible for your suffering. I highly recommend the services of Mr. Suggs.

Thank you

Title: Thank you After my sister’s car accident, she didn’t know what to do or who to trust. You were referred to us by her doctor. What a difference you made. I was with her when she came to talk with you. Your professionalism and knowledge made us both feel that she had made the right deci...sion to retain you. Her case was resolved and she was fully compensated for her medical payments, as well as her pain and suffering. Thank you for being there for our family.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2006.

Review Panel Reprimand issued in GA, 2006

updated on 08/10/2012

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Eldridge’s comment:

“unfortunately, this reprimand was made by the opposing Attorney because I would not back down from defending my client.”
