Good Attorney

I had been in a car accident and I was in need of an attorney, my husband recommended that I use Suggs. He an good caring, hard working attorney that has a big heart to make sure his clients are taken care of. He never stops until the case is complete. He made sure that I got medical attention that I... needed. Thanks again Mr. Suggs. I recommend him to some of my friends. He made sure that I understood the process of healing and my case. Great attorney.

Great Work

Attorney Suggs assisted my wife and I when we got into an accident that left our car totaled. We were also left with multiple expensive medical bills we couldn't afford alone. We were able to work directly with him and he got us a much larger settlement than what we would have gotten if we went at ...it alone with the insurance company. The settlement took care of our car, bills, and future costs as well. We endorse Attorney Suggs because of the amount of care he put into our case, treating us in a personal rather than just business manner. Great Injury lawyer.

What a Difference

I hired Mr. Suggs for my personal injury case. I was in a terrible car accident that left my car totaled and out of work due to my extensive injuries. Mr. Suggs was a standout difference from other big name law firms as well as smaller local firms, while blending the best of both worlds. He had hi...s own team of medical providers that made the whole process of filing the insurance claim and getting my injuries treated a very painless effort. This is a feature that bigger firms advertise frequently, I know because I had an attorney before Mr. Suggs. What the other attorney did not provide was instant contact and direct communication, not a secretary or partner, but Mr. Suggs himself. This is the advantage of smaller businesses and a way in which Mr. Suggs combined professional functionality with an at-home feel. I was relieved of my medical payments along with a substantial sum to take care of my losses and future medical payments. Every dollar Mr. Suggs required was worth the peace of mind and work he did for me.

Helpful Reviews

What a nightmare experience! My wife and I had an argument that got out of hand. The neighbors called the police and I was taken to jail. A friend of mine told me about Mr. Suggs. After reading his reviews, I contacted his office and he took the time to explain my options and what I could expect... in front of a judge. I told Mr. Suggs that I contacted him based on what I had read. At that time, I also told him that I hope I would be one of his clients writing a review. Needless to say I am. I went to court this morning. Mr. Suggs was there waiting for me. Long story short, things worked out better than I expected. Yes, I am happy to get this behind me so I can move on. If I ever need a lawyer again, it is no question who I will call. I just feel good about having his card in my wallet!

Over and Over Again

I work in the judicial system in Fulton County. I see and hear so many different criminal defense attorneys defend client cases. It is so true....'all lawyers are not alike.' For those who are in need of a good attorney, Mr. Suggs is at the top of the list. He is always well-prepared, charismati...c with the way he speaks to the Judge, and very knowledgeable of the law. He would definitely be the attorney I call if I find myself needing legal representation.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2006.

Review Panel Reprimand issued in GA, 2006

updated on 08/10/2012

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case, the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Eldridge’s comment:

“unfortunately, this reprimand was made by the opposing Attorney because I would not back down from defending my client.”
