Donna L Keeton

Donna Keeton is admitted to practice in both Georgia and California and has represented employers throughout the United States for more than 20 years in both federal and state court and before numerous government agencies. She has defended numerous employers throughout the United States in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unlawful denial of leave or accommodations, unpaid wages, and breach of employment contracts, and various other types of claims. Donna has been instrumental in helping employers avoid litigation and improve their management functions by drafting and helping them implement more effective policies and procedures, guiding them through difficult management decisions, and conducting supervisor training to minimize the risk of future legal issues.  She also has extensive experience in assisting government contractors and subcontractors in understanding and complying with their affirmative action and other related obligations, including assisting contractors in preparing affirmative action plans and defending contractors during compliance reviews initiated by the OFCCP and similar state or local agencies. Donna also uses her experience representing employers to help management and executive level employees in negotiating employment agreements and, if necessary, representing them in litigation to clarify and defend their rights and responsibilities under non-compete agreements and other types of employment agreements.
