Rakesh Narendra Parekh

I hired Mr. Perekh to file a lawsuit against TSA in 2012 after TSA abused me for being foreigner and kept me in the airport until I lost my international flight. I was going to the Middle East for my father's funeral and this agent put his finger on my foreign passport and showed it to me. Mr. Pare...kh charged me good amount of money and did not sign his own engagement letter to keep it safe for his future. Because he was not familiar with this kind of lawsuit, he did not send the correct forms to right agency until we lost the statute of limitation. He did not communicate with me and forced me to not following the case. Two years later he terminated his own contract and dropped me, since he knew I do not have the copy of the signed contract. Resulting his action I lost my case and he kept the money.
