I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1997 and thereafter attended law school at St Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida and graduated in 2000. I am a 12-year USAF veteran, and served with the 315th/437th SFS and the 482nd Fighter Wing. I received an Honorable Discharge from the USAF in 2004.
I have been in private practice in the Atlanta metro area since October 2001.
With 18+ years as a seasoned trial attorney in Atlanta, I have worked in both private practice and as General Counsel to a US Government contractor in the steel and aerospace industry. As a trial attorney in Atlanta, my practice focus remains in representing injured workers across Georgia in workers compensation claims, aggressive DUI defense, personal injury, products liability and wrongful death. I have published cases arising from a wrongful death/products liability case from the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, respectively, where I was part of a team of experienced attorneys who represented a decedent worker's widow in both a workers compensation claim and a civil action for product liability after her husband was killed in a tragic industrial accident at work. I have handled thousands of workers compensation claims in Georgia representing injured workers from all across the state. I have also handled civil actions arising from automobile accidents and other torts. I have personally handled and defended thousands of depositions of litigants, experts, physicians and witnesses. In law, experience counts. I am proud of my work in all of these areas. .

Excellent!! DUI dismissed!!
I received a DUI in Atlanta in 2016. It was a blood test DUI and I was scared of losing my job. Rocky was able to get the blood test thrown out - how I do not know but he did it. My DUI was dismissed in Fulton.
