Rocky is a very friendly person and he puts you at ease from the first conversation. He never made feel like I was bothering him no matter how often I called. But don't get it twisted, he may be nice but he's a beast when it comes to his clients. When negotiating my settlement, he only called me when... he knew that he good news for me.
