Itai David Tsur

I came to Itai for help putting together a business contract to protect my interests. He not only finished the contract ahead of schedule, but provided me with additional suggestions that I would not have even considered without his advice. I worked with Itai as I was preparing to travel overseas and needed to create a power of attorney and all of the corresponding documents for my family. Itai was well organized, efficient and did a wonderful job explaining the various documents in lay-mans terms. In addition, he walked me and my... family through the process should something happen. I would definitely recommend Itai in the future.

Mr. Tsur was extremely helpful in writing a contract for me and a sublessor to my apartment. He not only wrote it in terms clear to both parties but he was patient and helpful in explaining them to me in a language I could easily understand. Itai was there for me way back in 2005 when I had a very unfortunate incident involving one of my children. He helped not just alleviate my personal distress, but facilitated an outcome that not only benefited my entire family, but maintained my professional relationships, despite the incident. Fur...ther, Itai never charged me for the time I needed to just "be sure" all our forms and such were completed and filed; he was always willing to go the extra mile - and not to rack up the fees. Another time, about 4 years later, I needed Itai's help to prove a non-compete clause among other contractual obligations were voided when my former employer decided to close his business, let the staff go, and then reopen and reinforce a defunct contract. Without Itai's willingness to revise (multiple times) my letters and pleas, I would never have been able to continue working elsewhere uninterrupted. Once again, I was not met with outrageous bills; he cares about the people for whom he represents.
