My extensive background includes conducting legal work for corporations and small businesses , as well as managing drafting and document review for complex contractual disputes, financial matters, and Federal regulatory investigations. This deep foundation in corporate and contractual law directly supports my current focus on entity formation and organization for domestic businesses, as well as for international companies seeking to expand into the US market through cross-border services.

Furthermore, my specialized LLM coursework in Intellectual Property from John Marshall Law School strengthens my ability to provide robust intellectual property asset protection. I earned my Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Morris Brown College. Additionally, my experience working at the intersection of law and technology, such as training legal AI software for Lexis Nexis, keeps me on the cutting edge of legal innovation for my business clients.
