I definitely would recommend Attorney Lynch and her staff to anyone in need of legal services. She is extremely hard working, diligent and professional. The same goes for her staff especially Nicholas Rizza. I had a lot of anxiety going into this and having to hire a attorney which is something I nev...er had to do in the past. They both helped to calm my fears and made the process manageable. My case ended in a mutual dismissal and I was extremely satisfied with all services received. Thankyou Attorney Lynch and Nick!

If I could rate this attorney at a zero, I would certainly rate her as a zero. Please beware of this attorney! She is extremely unprofessional and negligent as an attorney. While working with her on a simple child support modification, she was notoriously late for appointments, unorganized, and ...overall incompetent. She was always multi-tasking or on the phone, and seemed to be rushing during the couple of times we met in person. I ended up having to terminate her services due to FAILURE TO RENDER SERVICES. She continued to bill me after I terminated her services and when I didn’t pay her an additional $200, she filed a summons with the court to place an attorney’s lien on my home. Is that even possible? The summons is riddled with mistakes and very sloppy. The document included two other people’s names in addition to mine. It is obvious that Attorney Lynch cut and pasted information using older documents that had her other client’s names. What this tells me, is that Attorney Lynch takes her clients to court quite frequently to try to collect money for services that were not rendered. I would not recommend her to anyone or for any kind of civil/domestic case large or small.

Atty Lynch came to my aid "at the eleventh hour". I was in a predicament with a hearing scheduled for the week ahead with no representation due to a broken agreement by my ex wife and her attorney. Atty Lynch quickly and thoroughly got up to speed on my case, identified gaps and errors from previous ...attorneys I'd hired and found solutions that ultimately put me in a very favorable position. Without her, my fate would have been quite perilous.
