Biography
Prior to attending law school and being admitted to the Georiga Bar, I practiced as a Certified Public Accountant, held positions in management government and education. As a CPA workng with clients and employers, I was well versed on identifying problems and legal issues but only equipped to resolve accounting and tax issues. I was a great referral source for attorneys in my network.
My passion for the legal system was born from my desire to move past just identification of legal issues and problems and put myself in a position to assist in the resolution of those issues providing greater service to my clients. Attending law school and being admitted to the Georgia Bar helped me realize that dream. While I still refer work to other lawyers when in a clients best interest, knowing I can help brings me great joy.
Along with being a Certified Public Accountant, I am also a Certified Fraud Examiner and am QuickBooks Certified. This skill set allows me to stil utilize my financial background whether it be conducting a financial investigation, serving as an expert witness or assisting companies that suspect employee fraud.
