We engaged Mr. Pandeli's services to assist with our submission of form i751: Removal of Conditions on Residence. We were intending to do so ourselves without a lawyer as we had already successfully filed the i485(Application to Register Permanent Residence) and i765 (Employment Authorization) 3 year...s earlier. But since we were forced to live apart due to multiple misfortunes, we believed it was necessary to contract a lawyer. We were overwhelmed with how well the case was handled, evidenced by the response from USCIS to approve the removal and grant Permanent Residency. Remarkably, this was awarded without a Biometrics Appointment, without a second interview and within 4mths of the expiration date of the Temporary Card. We were impressed by this result!
