Our auto accident occurred 6/2018. We have experienced nothing but apathy, rudeness and total ignorance. We have been passed around from one attorney to another, do not have updates and never speak to anyone who will return our phone calls, e-mails. MY CASE HAS BEEN ON I GUESS YOU WOULD CALL IT ON HOLD.SINCE JULY THE YEAR OF 2017 AND I TELL YOU MY SISTER AND I HAVEN’T HEARD FROM THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES SINCE THE CASE BEEN OPENED...WE HAVE CALLED AND NOW THE CASE IS MISSING...NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER..I KNOW IT’S NOT A TRUNK ACCIDENT BUT AT L...EAST COMMUNICATE....

My son was killed by a truck driver and the driver was charged with a hit and run. I hired ken Nugent law firm last year, they didn't keep in touch. Theybtook forever to contact me. Long story short , I did everything they asked of me for them to turn around several months later that they could not ...represent me. Then had the nerve to tell me I only have less than a year to get the case tried after they done waste a year of my time doing nothing.

In Aug. Of 2016 a flat bed truck pulled out and hot us in the side. If it had not been for my daughter in law he would have hit right in my door. Anyway. I was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. I had had back surgery only 3 or 4 months Pryer .i was terrified my knee was also slammed into the d...ash of our truck. Christopher at Mr. Newgents office said my knee surgery had nothing to do with the wreck there for it wasn't included. Now in April 2019 in am getting my S. S Ck garnished because my bills were not paid by the firm. Medicare paid them and I'm having to pay it back to Medicare. I did not expect to get rich off no one but I did expect MY attorneys to be on my side. They don't call u back I feel like I was forced into signing for that pisses Ck I got. Now I'm loosing more money. Maria H. Told me a week ago it was all straightened out I'd get my full 925.on my Ck. In July. Guess what it's a lie I don't. I will NEVER recommend or use this law firm again.

I hired Ken Nugent firm to represent my accident first let me tell you they do not respond back they do not keep you updated on your case I am still waiting to hear back from them. They are very unprofessional. They nothing but write a demand letter. I did my own foot work of getting them my medical ...records. They just lie to you and you would think they work for you and have your best interest but they don't. i regret hiring them and my daughter had an accident and I told them not to use them because they don't care.
