I’m not sure if my review is too soon, but I’m confident of my decision to do so at this time. I was in an auto accident on New Year’s Eve 2023 Due to no fault of my own. I had already spent I believe two days in the hospital and was referred by someone to call Ken Nugent. After the initial call, the...y were there in a matter of hours. I was in an accident July 25, 2024 & my mom was in the passenger seat. We were rear ended & sandwiched in between two vehicles. We were taken to the hospital with injuries. So far things are going good. Anna Katz is our case manager & she has been very in tuned to our case. She is keeping me informe...d as to what needs to be done. Settlement on the car is done, we're just waiting on the medical bills & pain & suffering to be settled. Hopefully everything will be finished soon.
