Yesterday, I had an accident, and today I contacted Kim Nugent's office. They replied quickly but then I wasn't sure if I wanted him to handle my case. After reading all of your reviews I now decided to use someone else. Thank you all again for your reviews.

Over a year almost no contact
Over a year and the rude intake person should have been my 1st clue I have never even spoken to my lawyer directly and have left tons of messages and emails and no one ever calls me back. Worst experience ever avoid at all costs!!

Very Disappointed
I used this firm for my person injury case. I didn’t even get my medical exp. I was disabled from this car accident. I didn’t feel heard or cared about. So many bad things happened. It went on for years to get almost nothing. I even got charged for mediation and I didn’t even get to go to mediation...

They are by far the WORST ever‼️‼️ no communication from anyone. You have to call every day and still can't get in touch with anyone. Very unprofessional. It's been 14 months and I still don't know what's going on with my case smh.

This is by far the worse law firm ever they rude they don’t give u information or updated on your case then when you call they act like they lost or don’t know who u are I will never ever go to this law firm again I want send my dog up there they are horrible
