I used this firm for my person injury case. I didn’t even get my medical exp. I was disabled from this car accident. I didn’t feel heard or cared about. So many bad things happened. It went on for years to get almost nothing. I even got charged for mediation and I didn’t even get to go to mediation.... I definitely used the wrong law firm.

Our auto accident occurred 6/2018. We have experienced nothing but apathy, rudeness and total ignorance. We have been passed around from one attorney to another, do not have updates and never speak to anyone who will return our phone calls, e-mails. I hired Ken Nugent firm to represent my accident first let me tell you they do not respond back they do not keep you updated on your case I am still waiting to hear back from them. They are very unprofessional. They nothing but write a demand letter. I did my own foot work of getting them my medical ...records. They just lie to you and you would think they work for you and have your best interest but they don't. i regret hiring them and my daughter had an accident and I told them not to use them because they don't care.

Someone ran into me head on and totalled my car. I called Ken's office they had someone come out within days. I thought I had the right lawyers....boy was I wrong. They sent me to Arrowhead to get mediocre treatment that help, said they would help with a rental never got it. Spent hundreds on taxis t...o work and treatment. Spoke with my attorney twice...the day I signed on and the day they decided to settle. Mind you that was four months apart. They didn't care that I had wasted all my hard earned money on cabs, that I was without a car or that I was still in pain. The day he settled I asked if the offer was fair...he said he could see about getting my medical reduced..from the agreement it looks like it dropped maybe 2k if that...but he still ends up with twice as much money as I will receive. I am still left with over 7K in a car loan I don't own anymore and hundreds of lost income and money due to cabs. I would NEVER hire nor recommend this firm.
