I have been practicing Immigration Law for over 31 years. During that time I have successfully represented thousands of clients before US Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly INS), Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Federal District and Appellate Courts. My case, Barton v. Barr, 18-725, No. was argued in the U.S. Supreme Court, Novermber 4, 2019. I have won 6 published precedential immigration cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and numerous other unpublished cases, which is more than any other lawyer or firm to date. Outstanding Attorney and Law Firm
We had a very difficult case that other immigration attorneys said nothing could be done. However, Mr. Fogle and his law firm were to obtain a successful result and get the case granted after it had been initially denied. Excellent work, great law firm that achieves real results.

Consultation Process is well managed.
I consulted Glen regarding advice after my B1/B2 visa was cancelled. I liked the fact that his office answered the phone and were able to book a consultation appointment professionally for a fee of $150. Replied last December 19, 2016The first thing is that this person did not identify themselves and never hired my firm to represent them and only made an initial consultation with us. Secondly, this is a person who attempted to do everything by themselves without the assistance of a competent US immigration attorney which resulted in the situation they found themselves in. Moreover, this person did not give the entire or complete information regarding the case and are simply stating an opinion of the results after the fact when one course of action was suggested that did not in fact affect anything that the picture. Because this person did not in fact hire me or my firm for the recommended action and they are making a legal determination of what the best course of action to do or follow when this person is not a US immigration expert, the validity of their conclusions and comments lacks merit. I have represented thousands of clients over the years the vast majority have been extremely happy with the services of myself and my firm. The 60 or so reviews on Avvo are a drop in the bucket of our happy and satisfied clients. We do our best to help everyone we can and offer the best advice possible to resolve their particular immigration situation, however, we cannot please everyone or help everyone in the exact way that they would like because you cannot change facts and can only work with the situation that you were given. Constructive criticism is certainly appreciated, however, people that do not either hire us or take our advice have no standing to comment on our services when they have not hired us. As I have stated before and complained to Avvo representatives, people should not be allowed to post comments that are either misleading or simply not true – particularly if they are not clients.

Worst Lawyer possible to hire
I had this attorney Herbert Glenn Fogle represent me in 2011 In both Georgia Court of appeals and also in Immigration court I must state this is the worst attorney I ever dealt with. Replied last December 05, 2013This review is from a client with a diagnosed mental illness and should not be allowed by Avvo. The biggest problem I have with Avvo is that they will let anybody write anything on their site about a lawyer whether it is true or not. Nonsense such as the above with clear improper grammar and unsubstantiated accusations should be filtered and never be allowed by Avvo. To set the record straight, I did in fact win this client's case and saved him from being deported for serious criminal offenses and enabled him t be released from months of Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention. He later got angry because he did not want to pay attorney fees for a new case and put this nonsensical and false review, which Avvo clearly did not screen.
