Posted by anonymous | October 19, 2016 | Hired Attorney | Wrongful Termination

Personal + Professional = Job Well Done

From the beginning Attorney Brianna Williams set the expectations to include the timeline in filing a wrongful termination suit. She made certain that we understood our rights, and all questions asked, no matter how nominal, were answered in laymen terms. We were satisfied with the end results and h...ave already recommended her services to others.

Attorney was very pleasant and giving of her time

It was very thoughtful of Attorney Williams to willingly call me after hours to discuss my legal matter. She took the time to pull my complaint and review it prior to calling me. She also spent more time than I could have hoped for to discuss my issues. The concerns I have is with the analysis of my ...case and her opinion that most of my issues were moot, not timely and does not fall under Title VII. I was not given any positive aspects but only the negative. I am a a paralegal of 23 yrs. therefore; based on my own research, I was reluctant in the opinions given by Attorney Williams. As a result, I consulted with another attorney who differs with her opinion and believes that all of my issues are valid, timely and does fall under Title VII. To that end, I retained the Attorney who believe I do have a good strong case and that he could aggressively advocate and pursue my issues and positions in my favor. I do believe thatcAttorney Williams is a good, kind and caring attorney with good intentions.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review your case. Often attorneys have a difference of opinion regarding the strength of a case and whether there was a violation of the law that is actionable. Thus, although my assessment regarding the timeliness of issues raised in your matter may not have been to your liking (thus my unwillingness to take on your case), I am delighted that you found an attorney who is willing to work hard and advocate on your behalf. I wish you all the best going forward.
