An attorney who listens, guides, respects, and earns the trust of her clients!

I extend my sincere gratitude to Brianna Ethereal Williams, Esq., for her diligent review of the Separation/Release Agreement received from my former employer. Her expertise and keen eye for detail were invaluable in ensuring the terms were favorable and that all crucial aspects surrounding the agree...ment were covered, demonstrating her professionalism and thoroughness. I especially appreciated her clear explanation and prompt response regarding the severance offering, what I would be giving up, and strategic advice on what to negotiate, along with a pathway to a skillful negotiation strategy. Her guidance made me feel respected and confident in my decisions, which is essential for building trust and reassurance. Thank you again, Attorney Williams, for your excellent work and commitment. Exceptional Service

I recently had the privilege of being represented by Brianna E. Williams, Esq., at MÉLANGE, in a severance negotiation with my former employer. My experience with her was nothing short of exceptional. From our initial consultation to the final resolution of my case, Ms. Williams demonstrated an unpar...alleled level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to my interests. Ms. Williams’s thoroughness in understanding and evaluating my case was evident from the start. She meticulously analyzed my former employer’s initial severance offer, identifying key areas for improvement and leverage. Her attention to detail ensured that no aspect of my case was overlooked, providing me with confidence and clarity throughout the process. One of the most remarkable aspects of Ms. Williams’s service was her availability and approachability. She was consistently accessible to answer my questions, offer guidance, and provide updates on the progress of the negotiations. Her ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner made the process far less daunting and more transparent. Through her hard work, determination, and skillful negotiation, Ms. Williams was able to secure more than triple the pay and health benefits initially offered by my former employer. This outcome not only represented a significant financial improvement but also validated the value of my contributions to the company and ensured a more secure transition to my next endeavor. Ms. Williams’s dedication to my case went beyond mere professional obligation; she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me. Her efforts to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently minimized the stress and uncertainty that can accompany such disputes, allowing me to focus on the future with optimism. In conclusion, Brianna E. Williams, Esq., is a distinguished attorney whose expertise in severance negotiations is exemplary. Her detailed approach, availability for clients, and commitment to excellence set her apart in her field. I am profoundly grateful for her representation and wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking exceptional legal support during critical career transitions.

Incredible Experience

I engaged with Ms. Williams in December of 2021. From the beginning, Brianna was incredibly empathetic and thoughtful in her approach to my case. As my then employer had made working unbearable, I was extremely anxious about how to engage in my day-to-day work. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable o...f the law and my rights and helped me to navigate the complex legal landscape related to employèrent discrimination law. Brianna was forthright and passionate in working with me and was ultimately able to help me negotiate a fair separation agreement.

Very responsive and handled a case quickly.

Brianna is a compassionate attorney who takes her clients needs seriously. I hired Brianna to review a severance claim I was given with a non compete. Brianna was quick and efficient. She was able to get the clause removed and get me paid quickly. I was impressed with her professionalism, speed, and ...how she truly fought for me as her client.

Engaging , clear and concise ...

A good friend of mine found Brianna through a network of friends he had. I called her to explain my issue and she was ready to go to work immediately. My issue was the need to negotiate terms of my severance contract with an Atlanta corporation. She knew exactly what to do gathering information from ...me and carefully but forcefully negotiating to a win from the company. Could not have been more pleased with her or the outcome.
