An amazing attorney

I was very impressed with how Brianna handled our case. She is very professional, strategic and goes the distance for her clients. She was very prepared and demonstrated a tremendous amount of knowledge of employment and labor law. I was extremely confident in her ability and would not hesitate to re...quest her services again.

I couldn’t of asked for better guidance!

I contacted Brianna hours after I was terminated due to a series of unfortunate events. She patiently listened to my 30 minute story, and was completely upfront and honest with me. She advised me exactly what to do given my situation, literally word for word on how I should address my former employe...r, and was upfront in saying that I did not need to retain her services. She encouraged me by letting me Know I was more than capable to take on the situation myself, and that she wouldn’t take any money from me. I immediately followed her advice and sent the letter to HR. I feel confident and empowered that I stood up for what was right with the help of Brianna. You need an attorney that responds quickly, who is honest from the start, who holds up their oath to the community by providing truthful legal guidance. You need Brianna. Thank you so much for your help today. I promise to keep you informed on the outcome!

Attorney Brianna Williams RESCUED my abandoned case and got me a fair settlement!

Prior to hiring Attorney Williams, I had spent countless hours researching attorneys. I narrowed down my list and drove several hours to meet with a highly reputable, overpriced and rather abrasive attorney who contrary to previous discussions decided to charge a consultation fee. In addition, he a...greed that I had a case and would gladly represent me for an initial fee of more than 10k. I knew that he had taken on a lot of cases and was currently representing major clients. However, after leaving his office I could not help but feel like I had just been robbed and made to feel like I "needed" him. In addition, I did not have the cash to pay him the requested fee and did not think it best to get into debt just to have him represent me. Prior to hiring an Attorney, I worked with the diligent staff at the EEOC for more than 5 years. I needed someone who would see my case through to the end as they had done. Therefore, I decided on an attorney within my town who assured me that he believed in the case and would see it to the end. After nearly a year of working with the local attorney, we had not reached a settlement or even arranged a pre-mediation meeting. Instead the opposing side was requesting additional extensions and my local attorney was granting their request without my knowledge or approval. As if that was not enough, my new attorney who promised to see the case to the end withdrew from the case 3 days before a very important filing deadline. This left my case in a VERY vulnerable state. The judge as a matter of duty granted me 30 days to find replacement counsel. Prior to selecting my previous attorney I had done a thorough search and I knew that I had little to no attorneys in my local area to choose from. There was absolutely no QUALIFIED Attorney within my town that could review my case in time OR that was willing to go up against the MAJOR corporation that I was suing. In addition, those who did "consider" the case did not agree with the way that my case was initially filed by my previous attorney and did not want to risk the loss. I went online and located Attorney Williams via AVVO. I picked up the phone and I explained where my case was. I informed her of the deadline that was fast approaching before my case would be thrown out or I would have to face an experienced corporate lawyer from one of the top law firms in this country. After reviewing where we were, Attorney Williams without hesitation agreed to reach out to the opposing counsel. Attorney Williams came aboard ready to fight to the end if necessary but willing to first try to mediate a resolution and settlement. In a most professional but direct manner she reached out to the opposing counsel to discuss settlement options. She cordially but boldly presented the facts that could be supported in court to the opposing side and informed the opposing side why it was in their best interest to settle this case outside of court. Most importantly, she CC'd me on EVERY communication with the opposing side. I was never left out of what was going on with my case. Within three weeks which was mostly comprised of time waiting for the paperwork to be completed, we reached a fair settlement. Attorney Williams, got done in three weeks, 2 phone calls and a couple of emails what had not been done after more than 5 years. I must admit that the hard work and information compiled by the EEOC who handled the case prior to me hiring an attorney was also a contributing factor to our success. My thanks to the members of that agency as well. If you are looking for a TOP attorney, don't look in those journals. You have found a TOP mediation, discrimination and Employment Law attorney in Attorney Brianna Williams. Hire her today! You will NOT be disappointed. For the record I was not paid to share this testimony. I am a real client of Attorney Williams and my case has recently been settled in a US District court. Thanks Attorney Williams!

Expertise, Compassion and Results

I have worked with other attorneys on various issues. I believe most are skilled in their profession and do try to do good work for you, as the end result, in their representation of you. The journey, however, can be difficult. In my experience, it is not uncommon to feel confused, uninformed and ...even scared in matters that are directly effecting your life as you await the legal process. If it is important enough to hire an attorney, your attorney matters. I could not be more pleased with Brianna Williams, and I highly recommend her to help you in what matters in your life as well. In addition to her obvious legal expertise, Brianna routinely set herself apart from "other attorneys" by consistently delivering helpful compassion and, yes, the useful and relevant information needed along the way that clients want. In my case, she went above and beyond where it was not required of her, and I appreciated that immensely. If you are fortunate enough to retain Brianna Williams as your attorney, I believe she will be a great asset to your life and legal needs too. I highly recommend Brianna's legal services.
