Engaging , clear and concise ...

A good friend of mine found Brianna through a network of friends he had. I called her to explain my issue and she was ready to go to work immediately. My issue was the need to negotiate terms of my severance contract with an Atlanta corporation. She knew exactly what to do gathering information from ...me and carefully but forcefully negotiating to a win from the company. Could not have been more pleased with her or the outcome.

I couldn’t of asked for better guidance!

I contacted Brianna hours after I was terminated due to a series of unfortunate events. She patiently listened to my 30 minute story, and was completely upfront and honest with me. She advised me exactly what to do given my situation, literally word for word on how I should address my former employe...r, and was upfront in saying that I did not need to retain her services. She encouraged me by letting me Know I was more than capable to take on the situation myself, and that she wouldn’t take any money from me. I immediately followed her advice and sent the letter to HR. I feel confident and empowered that I stood up for what was right with the help of Brianna. You need an attorney that responds quickly, who is honest from the start, who holds up their oath to the community by providing truthful legal guidance. You need Brianna. Thank you so much for your help today. I promise to keep you informed on the outcome!

Expert Attorney, Amazing Results

I had the pleasure to hire Ms. William's after a brief friendly conversation explaining why I had been terminated from a previous job. I was unaware that I had any options until she explained that there was something I could do about what happened to me. Once we began and she had started the process,... Brianna was very detailed, understanding and made me feel so comfortable to speak about subjects that are difficult to open up about. She always made me feel she was on my side and not for the money we could or couldn't get, but for the illegal circumstances that I was placed in and the disrespect I was shown. She was fierce, funny, bright and more importantly got back to me in such a timely manner. She kept me fully informed and updated on every single part of the case and I never once had to worry what was going to happen or what was going on. She set time aside in her schedule for meetings, made sure I had presented all documents and evidence and helped me to understand the process not as a lawyer but as a friend. She provided me copies of every document I signed, was always available by phone instead of doing everything through email and frequently made sure I was okay, asked if I had any questions and asked my opinion and feelings in each step. And the part you're all waiting for... YES, she did win my case and got me an amazing settlement. More than I could ever imagine :) She helped me put my life back together and get myself back on my feet with my children. I am eternally grateful for her hard work, She is an expert attorney and came in and got straight to business, She made sure to handle this case in a timely fashion but did not allow it to be unnecessarily dragged out. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience and she will always remain a dear friend. Thank you Ms. Williams!! :)

Expertise, Compassion and Results

I have worked with other attorneys on various issues. I believe most are skilled in their profession and do try to do good work for you, as the end result, in their representation of you. The journey, however, can be difficult. In my experience, it is not uncommon to feel confused, uninformed and ...even scared in matters that are directly effecting your life as you await the legal process. If it is important enough to hire an attorney, your attorney matters. I could not be more pleased with Brianna Williams, and I highly recommend her to help you in what matters in your life as well. In addition to her obvious legal expertise, Brianna routinely set herself apart from "other attorneys" by consistently delivering helpful compassion and, yes, the useful and relevant information needed along the way that clients want. In my case, she went above and beyond where it was not required of her, and I appreciated that immensely. If you are fortunate enough to retain Brianna Williams as your attorney, I believe she will be a great asset to your life and legal needs too. I highly recommend Brianna's legal services.

Top Notch Attourney!

Brianna was more then exceptional! She went above and beyond to understand my case fully and get me the absolute most money for my damages. When my case seemed like it was Stagnant , Brianna ensured me she would do everything in her power to get us to mediation and that's what she did! She always ans...wered her phone and emails in a swift manner and I never once felt like I was alone in this process. Mediation was a breeze! For all of her gestures she deserves 5 STARS! Great job Brianna!
