Prior to starting my law firm, Your Ad Attorney, LLC, I was Senior Corporate Counsel at Mailchimp, a profitable tech company with millions of customers worldwide. At Mailchimp, I was the primary attorney who led legal matters for the partnerships department and marketing department. I was also the primary attorney over all major marketing initiatives and managed the company's trademark portfolio.

Prior to joining Mailchimp, I was Senior Counsel, Retail at Southern Company Gas, the largest natural gas-only distribution company in the United States, with more than 150 years of history. I was one of two attorneys responsible for handling all legal matters of SouthStar Energy Services LLC d/b/a Georgia Natural Gas, one of the largest subsidiaries of Southern Company Gas.

Prior to joining Southern Company Gas, I was a corporate transactional attorney at Morris, Manning & Martin (MMM) in Atlanta. My practice focused on M&A, securities regulation, finance, and corporate governance. Prior to joining MMM, I practiced corporate transactional law for almost two years at Rogers & Hardin.

I graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where I received Academic Excellence Awards in Comparative Law and Immigration Law & Policy. I also received the Lightfoot, Franklin & White Best Brief Award for writing the best brief in my legal writing class. I earned NCRC Mediator Certification while in law school and conducted several volunteer mediations.

I attended the University of Georgia for my undergraduate degree in History while playing on UGA's varsity women's golf team. My team was ranked top five in the nation throughout most of my time at UGA. During my sophomore year at UGA, I became the youngest medalist of a NCAA Division I golf tournament when I tied for first place (no play-off) at the Ladies Puerto Rico Classic.
