Responsive & Accurate

While I did not get to hire him because it was out of jurisdiction, he was super responsive and explained in detail the legal matters pertaining to my case. Because it is out of jurisdiction, most lawyers chose not to get back to me (which is understandable) but Mr. Locke walked me through the steps ...to explain why and even answered follow-up questions in super detail. Would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone.

I hired him to file my naturalization petition. Ryan was available by phone and email, was fast, and was honest.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I presented Ryan Locke with a slam dunk case, which he agreed. A renter client damaged my property & cancelled rent payment money order from the USPS which I had the proof. Ryan promised to have a USPS person to testify & then changed to have a legal affidavit. He did neither & we lost the momentum... of easily proving her untruthfulness. Since Ryanclearly said he had been in contact with USPS this omission was a major case killer. He told me he was well aware the client chronically made outrageous misstatements from a in office deposition she had made to him. Yet in court sat passively, & did nothing to keep the client on subject & allowed her to make all kinds of wandering off subject statements. I had presented Ryan many color photos digital files of the extensive damages , including abandoning 14 cats, which she even agreed she did. The oder of these cats was overpowering. He made grainy black & white copies that were effectively useless as evidence. He did not present the damage repair receipts. He was very reluctant to return my phone calls over the course of the case prep. The case was dismissed for all the above failures to execute a proper case presentation

Criminal Defense advice session

Ryan called me within minutes of me submitting my request. He was very knowledgable of the situation that I was needing advice on, and was able to advise me on the steps I needed to complete to resolve my situation. He gave me the details on what I need to look for, and what my next steps should be i...f I cannot find it. Overall, it was a great session.
