Loren Christine Locke

Loren Locke is the managing attorney and founder of Locke Immigration Law, a boutique Atlanta firm serving individuals and businesses nationwide. She represents individuals pursuing extraordinary-ability green cards (EB-1A), O-1 nonimmigrant visas, and National Interest Waivers, and advises corporate clients on the full lifecycle of business immigration — from enterprise hiring strategy through labor certification, adjudication, and denial reconsideration.

Loren's approach is grounded in an unusual credential: before founding the firm, Loren served as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State, where she adjudicated approximately 12,000 nonimmigrant visas as a consular officer in Matamoros, Mexico. That adjudicator's perspective — understanding exactly what consular and USCIS officers look for — shapes every petition she prepares.

Loren holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
