I am so blessed to have the privilege to advocate for families in Georgia. In my practice of restructuring families, I have had the opportunity to represent both husbands and wives and mothers and fathers in their divorces, legitimations, child custody matters, child support modifications and paternity actions. These representations include the prosecution and defense of these matters. While every case is different, many of the cases are ripe for resolution short of litigation. However, some of them must be litigated to the fullest extent in a courtroom. An example of this stellar service is that we always attempt to reduce medical bills to ensure as much money as possible goes directly to the client even though it does not increase the amount of money we receive. While we strive to resolve claims as soon as practical, we refuse to settle an unfair claim, thus, many of our matters have to move forward in litigation.

I began my career as a bond attorney where I served as counsel for governments and other entities who borrowed money for public purposes. I learned so much from this practice but I believe my major lesson was refining my case management and document drafting skills.
