Biography
Michael L. Werner graduated from the University of Georgia. He then attended and graduated from Emory School of Medicine where he specialized in anesthesiology. Practicing medicine, he witnessed first-hand how automobile wrecks destroy peoples’ lives and dreams.
It was this experience that drove him to become a trial attorney and fight for the rights of injured victims. Werner’s goal was to help those whose lives’ have been torn apart through no fault of their own and help clients rebuild and bring back dignity all while ensuring that justice prevails.
Werner specializes in cases that deals with catastrophic injuries, whether they were due to tractor trailer, motorcycle or car wrecks. Werner realizes that an attorney must not only be well versed in the law, but understand the medicine involved in his clients’ injuries, because his clients will likely require medical care for the rest of their lives and it is essential that they get the care they need well after the verdict or settlement. Werner ensures that justice prevails for his clients and only takes a limited number of cases to guarantee that each client gets his individual and personal attention.
