Michael L. Werner... Have I told him lately that I love him?? Probably a million times more than he'd like to hear! ;-) Mike.. a friend first, for almost a decade, became my attorney nearly 3 years ago. I was injured in an accident involving a commercial tractor trailer, and without a moment's he...sitation, knew that I would trust no one else to represent me. I won't sugar coat what, for me, was an incredibly dark and daunting journey. Days and months and years of the muck that is litigation aside.. I endured 4 major surgeries, rigorous physical therapy, loads of diagnostic tests, injections for pain management, a concussion, financial stress. I was drained, to a molecular level, and sure, time passed, yet for me, it felt as though I'd be forever trapped in inertia. Frantic.. more often than not, and in physical pain to some degree most days, I didn't feel I could persevere. Mike, however, did not waver. He never allowed a towel to be thrown or surrender flag to be flown. He fought for me, even as my own fight had expired. His integrity and professionalism was always above reproach. I was not easy to deal with, and though we didn't always agree, and I fussed and fumed.. He answered those frantic calls, emails, and texts with care and concern. Mike recently settled my case, and this is life changing. I can now rebuild. Fortify. Breathe. Heal. I hope none of this reading audience ever needs to hire an attorney for reasons that I did.. I hired a few attorneys and Mike is hands down the best. There is so much red tape involved with an auto accident (insurance companies, hospital bills, liens, etc). Mike effectively navigated all of this for me and saved me time and stress! Mike was the biggest advocate for my recovery and always... made sure I had the proper care. I found Mr. Werner several years ago and he has become our family go to attorney.
