We, however, would like to highlight that we filed a lawsuit to facilitate a resolution for your claim, which led to us recovering almost 4x the amount that the insurance company initially offered to settle your claim. We must also mention that the resolution of your claim was stalled due to Georgia's Statewide Judicial Emergency Order, which was issued by the Supreme Court of Georgia in response to the coronavirus pandemic. On multiple occasions, we discussed how the pandemic and the Statewide Judicial Emergency Order would impact the timely resolution of your claim. Nonetheless, we will learn from your experience and will work to improve setting clearer expectations for clients during this trying time.
