They are professional, honest, kind and punctual. When I first called Brandon Dixon Law office, I was a bit of a nervous wreck(literally! I had just got into a multiple collision) this was my first car wreck and I had no idea what to do. Brandon had given me the best advice and I mean he was blunt ...about everything. He guided me through what I needed to do. Then came his assistant Lonnie, who was also great help! She made sure to call to keep me updated on the case( I didn’t feel left in the dark). She was always ready to answer any questions I had. Lonnie would listen and show genuine interest in what I had to say; she was reliable and persistent. These two were great help! My daughter and I were in a accident with a semi truck Oct 2019. Due to COVID the case took longer to settle which I understood. Both Brandon & Lonnie helped me through a long process to settle my case.
