They are professional, honest, kind and punctual. When I first called Brandon Dixon Law office, I was a bit of a nervous wreck(literally! I had just got into a multiple collision) this was my first car wreck and I had no idea what to do. Brandon had given me the best advice and I mean he was blunt ...about everything. He guided me through what I needed to do. Then came his assistant Lonnie, who was also great help! She made sure to call to keep me updated on the case( I didn’t feel left in the dark). She was always ready to answer any questions I had. Lonnie would listen and show genuine interest in what I had to say; she was reliable and persistent. These two were great help! I appreciate everything they have done! I would definitely refer them to my friends and family if they were ever in a accident.

Like many others Dixon was recommended, i did read the reviews and i check the credentials for legitimacy but unfortunately I was deceived. As the client i was the one who had to always reach out to him. His negligence, lack of follow up after many calls, voice mails, text messages and emails that I ...sent and I would not receive a response. When I would finally reach him his story was always different from the last it change so much that I had to keep record of it. I had to call the office letting the clerk know I contacted the State Bar to file a report because at this point he changed his number. He then retured my call and miraculously my case was completed nearly 1 1/2 years of waiting. Please don't feed into many of those 5 star reviews they may not be real, yes I clicked on many of them and none of those reviews via Google, has a real history or profile kind of scketchy
