The Firm is far the best over. I had no issues or problems they handled everything. They kept me updated on my case with emails and text messages and got me the best settlement. Like many others Dixon was recommended, i did read the reviews and i check the credentials for legitimacy but unfortunately I was deceived. As the client i was the one who had to always reach out to him. His negligence, lack of follow up after many calls, voice mails, text messages and emails that I ...sent and I would not receive a response. When I would finally reach him his story was always different from the last it change so much that I had to keep record of it. I had to call the office letting the clerk know I contacted the State Bar to file a report because at this point he changed his number. He then retured my call and miraculously my case was completed nearly 1 1/2 years of waiting. Please don't feed into many of those 5 star reviews they may not be real, yes I clicked on many of them and none of those reviews via Google, has a real history or profile kind of scketchy

I had a traffic violation involving a collision. It was my fault. I am from out-of-state. I am a physician and due to my schedule not able to report to court in GA. I contacted Mr. Dixon's office. He promptly returned my call and came up with a game plan. Despite some run-around given to us by the co...urt, Mr. Dixon negotiated an agreement that kept me from having to travel to GA and we were able to resolve my legal issue. I would highly recommend Mr. Dixon. He will keep you in the loop as your case progresses. He is very personable and easy to communicate with.
