I would like to note that is my second review of Garvish Immigration Law firm group. I was again highly impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the team especially Elizabeth and Alexandra. After the success of my marriage case I had to call them again to help with a situation concerning m...y mother. Even though my mother’s case was a very difficult one, Elizabeth and Alexandra were able to provide my mother with a green card after she has been trying for 24 years to come back to the United States with her children. While my first case was important to me this case ( my mother’s case) was even more important and I am extremely grateful to The Garvish firm for giving me an opportunity to see my Mother again. This was again the best experience I have ever had with a law firm. Elizabeth anher team were on top and on point with gathering all the necessary documents that were required in order for our case to be approved. My mother’s case was approved and my Mom received her visa in less than a year amidst the Covid 19 pandemic. Alexandra guides us on how to prepare for the immigration process. She scheduled a video interview with Mom and I and gave us tips on how to ensure that my mothers gets approved. I loved how hands-on the process was and I will highly recommend Garvish Immigration Law firm. and it was quite a success. I am very thankful for once again the dedication and the hardwork that was put into helping my family and I reach our goals.

Alexandra handled my husband's waiver application. When my husband was denied a status change because we had applied for husband visa while he still was in the US, we were so discouraged. We had followed the instructions given to us by USCIS and we did not understand how it all turned out this way. W...e have been married for 17 years and we assumed our case would be easy. No so! Alexandra was assigned to handle the waiver application. The process was so detailed and so tedious but she made it easy! She helped me gather my information correctly. I know i would never have been able to do it without her help! Thank you!! My husband has his green card now and I owe it all to you and your amazing team!!

Alexandra helped me get my PIP and adjustment of status. Our local USCIS office was refusing to send my I-94 to my new address after my husband and I had to move due to my husbands military relocation. Alexandra reached out to the state governor and had them personally reach out to USCIS to get that ...delivered. After that we filed my adjustment of status and Alexandra answered all my questions with patience and infinite knowledge. The process was nerve wracking for me but Alexandra made it all feel easy and pain free. Thankful that I had her help through this, and thankful to finally be a permanent resident.
