Mark Dwayne Sperry

Mark D. Sperry is a Partner as The Molden Law Firm, LLC where he serves the firm’s clients in the areas of employment law and civil litigation. Mark received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating with an “Honors” designation in Trial Advocacy. Prior to attending law school, Mark received both his Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Management, from the University of Wyoming College of Business in Laramie, Wyoming, where he was a member of both Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma academic Honor Societies.

Mark has a wide range of legal experience, and has held Attorney positions with a prominent Atlanta civil litigation firm, the Fulton County Attorney’s office, and an international financial services corporation based in Atlanta. Mark is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the North Fulton Bar Association. Mark is admitted to all state courts in Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has litigated civil cases throughout the state of Georgia.

Mark also is a military veteran, having served ten years on active duty in the United States Air Force as a Health Services Administrator, where he attained the rank of Major.
