Larry David Wolfe

I called Mr. Wolfe to discuss an appeal with him. He went out of his way to review all documents related to this case and asked me to go meet him at his office and spent one hour to go through various issues with the case. His advise was not to pursue the appeal based on solid legal grounds he presen...ted to me. He knew lack of appeal would mean no case/client for him, but he wanted the best outcome for this case and did not consider his own gain. I am extremely honored to have met him and value his advise greatly as he is a very bright and experienced attorney and knows criminal law. David Wolfe is an amazing lawyer, but he's an even better human being. He has gone above and beyond for me, and been invested in my success even after my legal situation ended. Everything that he said to the judge was spot on, and he did not let the other side make an argument without an extremely convincing rebuttal. Everyone in the courtroom could tell that David had done his homework, taken this case very seriously, spent a lot of time preparing and comprehensively assessed every aspect of my case. Every argument there was to be made in my favor was verbally communicated to the judge by David. The success that we had in this case was a long process. I took all of his advice and did everything he told me to do, all the while maintaining faith that fulfilling his recommendations would make a difference. Doing so did make a difference, and I am so thankful for his advice and his work every step of the way. This man is extremely intelligent and well spoken and knows the court system inside and out. He literally knew basically everyone in the court - from security guards working the door, to officers, to prosecutors, to judges - by name and everyone seemed to have a lot of respect for him every time we went to court together. Looking back, I see that he was truly the total package. Excellent arguments throughout the entire process, knowledge of every aspect of the system, great personal relationships even with those we were fighting against.. And all of this culminated in me being given a second chance. I thank god that I chose David to represent me, and I highly recommend anyone charged with a serious offense looking to give themselves the best possible chance of a light sentence or of beating the case to strongly consider his representation. It is with my utmost gratitude and respect that I recommend Mr. David Wolfe. He is a superb human being and expert lawyer whose skill is unmatched. To my relief I found Mr. Wolfe who not only recognized the magnitude of my case, he elected to start right away. Throughout this process he has become a true friend. I can say without hesitation that he is extremely knowledgeable and adept. As we approached my trial date I was nervous to say the least but yet somehow I was confident because I had personally witnessed the care and diligence with which Mr. Wolfe had exercised as he prepared to save my life.
