Ok this guy I’ve gotten to know really well over the last few years. I’ll be honest it took me at least a year to like him personally. I realized he has my best interest at heart as my lawyer. Slowly but surly I did see everything he was trying to do or get through to me on day one. Over the course o...f the last few years I have gotten to be around David I’ve gotten to also be around and meet other influential folks such as the judges, who’d be deciding my fate, prosecutors and solicitors. The respect these important people gave me when I was around him was a beneficial experience for me in more than one aspect. I think when his way of working finally started to click with me was when I realized he’s one of the most well respected attorneys in Atlanta, and probably the entire southeast. I really don’t want to speak much on my case, but I will say I was in extremely deep s***. I had 17 rather large felonies with most having a minimum mandatory sentence of between 10 and 35 years in prison. On to the good stuff So, I just went before the judge today and got 10 years probation using my first offenders, and the charges will drop off my record as long as I continue to stay sober and away from my addiction. After I left today when I was outside the court room other folks with similar charges said to me, “damn, I can’t even believe how you came out so well with charges like that!” David’s reputation has certainly preceded him, which was obvious from the comments from other defendants in the court room”. Anyways, David is still the same person I met on day one. He’s a stubborn guy, who has more important to say than I may ever have to say, who demands the respect his reputation affords him. I understand something now I didn’t when I first met him which is I need to be the one listening and he needs to be the one talking and making decisions. I really appreciate all he's done for me me and hope to god I don’t need you ever again.

Mr Wolfe helped my mom several years ago when she had taken in her French Godmother to live with us for 5 years, her husband's greedy family who had never visited in 32 years that the couple where like parents to my mother got wind of this. They assumed my mom was in the will & all the way from New ...Jersey created havoc on our lives! My poor, hard working mother had to turn herself in for a few hours & subsequently Mr Wolfe had all charges expunged & she was never convicted & has a clear record. We were so thankful for him! But a few years later I was just studying, my sophomore year in high school and I googled my mom just for the fun of it because she's a very good professional and person that comes up with some luck shot this became our second nightmare even though she had a job for years and years upon changing jobs, she was very honest with the new people and they agreed that this was OK, made her quit her old job, Hired her but 2 weeks later told her she had30 days to take these pics down, once again we reached out to Mr. Wolf and by some miracle in a matter of five weeks he managed to have Twitter and Google realized their horrible mistake, and all the pictures as of today are gone he is truly a genius, but on top of being a very smart and intelligent attorney he has compassion, almost on a daily basis he would call or text my mother to give her support!
