You cannot go wrong with Attorney Shonterria Martin.

Sohonterria Martin is an excellent attorney. I had other attorneys tell me that I did not qualify for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. After making contact with Attorney Martin, she took my information and did not stop until she was able to work through any objections. She was very personable and was alway...s available when I needed to talk with her. I would recommend Attoryney Martin very highly.

Best Attorney on the South Side of Atlanta!

My attorney Mrs. Shonterria Martin made a very stressful situation easy for me. She is not only an competent attorney, her knowledge of the law and the court system is invaluable. I am so appreciative of her assistance with my case; this was a life altering decision for me and I am know on my wa...y to living a better life financially because of her.

Fantastic Job!!

Ms. Martin did a great job. She was very knowledgable, caring, and understanding of my situation. The solutions she provided and work she has done helped me tremendously. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, which i can't say I've experienced in the past with other attorneys. I woul...d highly recommend her services.

Fantastic Lawyer!!

After loosing my job and looking at loosing my home as well in 2011, a friend recommended I called attorney Martin. Though Ms. Martin was empathic with my situation, she shot straight from the hip regarding my situation and informed me of all my options moving forward. I felt she had a firm grasp of... the law in her specialty as she guided me through very unfamiliar waters. Moreover, she came to my rescue again as a second mortgage lien holder raised its monstrous head to treated foreclosure again 3 years. Ms. Martin when to battle again as she put her legal expertise in action and negotiated a modification that was suitable for myself and the creditor. I simply could not have done it without her....Thank You Ms. Martin!!!

Desired Results

I retained Attorney Martin to help me in securing a settlement on a 5 year old debt that had been turned over to a collection agency. I tried unsuccessfully several times to arrange a settlement with the difficult collection agency and was unable to. Attorney Martin was diligent in securing the set...tlement for me! I can now move on with my life....
