Simply the Best!

I was having financial problems and needed to consult with an attorney. I was given a list of attorneys by my insurance company and called five of them. Unfortunately, none of them were available to speak with me when I called, so I had to leave a message. Attorney Martin was the first one to ret...urn my phone call and I am so glad she did. She was very patient when listening to me, asked me thorough questions and provided me with options during that first call. To say that I felt relief after speaking with Attorney Martin is an understatement. I decided to file chapter 7 bankruptcy based on Mrs. Martin's advice. Following the initial call and subsequent office visit, Mrs. Martin and I spoke several more times. I have used her services twice so far and I recommend using Attorney Martin with no reservations.

Bankruptcy Attorney

Attorney Martin went above helping me filed for bankruptcy, but she also helped me to understand some of the pitfalls that lead to bankruptcy. Attorney Martin was candid and I can appreciate someone being honest with me about debt. I would recommend her to anyone trying to reestablish their life.

Outstanding Performance

I became saturated with financial burdens. I reached out to a coworker who recommended Ms. Martin. After our initial meeting, although still nervous, I was relieved by the confidence displayed by Ms. Martin. She assured me that my problem was manageable, took ownership of my case and planned and e...xecuted the necessary steps. Ms. Martin is courteous, humorous and demonstrates professionalism. Her advice was extremely accurate as she kept me abreast of how the case was progressing. I liked the fact that she returned my phone calls promptly and was easily accessible. I was confident that she would prevail in this matter. She is an outstanding attorney and I plan to use her in the future. She is truly on the cutting edge of her profession.

FANTASTIC & REAL

I came in nervous, I had never filed bankruptcy before but found myself in a position where I felt I had no choice. I didn't know a lot about it and quite frankly was a bit ashamed. Attorney Martin made me feel COMPLETELY comfortable. She was very quick to answer my questions, get the paperwork do...ne and the process started. She is a very "real" person. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her area of expertise, she is available when you have questions. She was always available to answer my questions. It was rare I had to leave a message, most times she would call me back within minutes unless she was in court. This attorney genuinely cares about her clients. I would definitely hire her again should I find it necessary! MUCH LOVE TO YOU SHONTERRIA, YOU ARE AWESOME!!

Shonterria is a great attorney

I came into Mrs. Martin office through a referral. I found her to be warm ,knowledgeable and truly professional. She informed me of my options and helped me to make a wise choice based on my financial situation. She is a fair and upfront attorney.
