Betrice Scott took care of everything, provided thorough advice and was able to fight for my best interests under the circumstances. No one really wins in a divorce but she was able to protect me from being taken advantage of and far exceeded my expectations to the point of ensuring a fair and reason...able settlement without having to go to a judge or jury. End result the terms were based on what a fair judge would have ruled in my favor.

I hired Attorney Scott in 2019 to represent me in a custody battle. Unlike the lawyer that initially represented me, Attorney Scott was thoroughly attentive and responsive. Not only did she jump in and agree to assist me towards the tail end of my custody case (and several miles from her home offic...e), but she took the time to gather all information, review the details of the case, and fight on my behalf. If that was not enough, she kept me from spending thousands of dollars on more than one occasion by suggesting that we hold off on ordering certain materials that she did not feel was needed. It turned out that she was right. She saved me thousands of dollars and in the end, the case was settled to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am that she came in to assist at such a crucial and trying time in my life. I highly recommend Attorney Scott. She will handle your case with care and compassion. Her knowledge and experience speaks for itself. It was the reason I hired her and I would hire her all over again in a heartbeat.

I hired Beatrice Scott for my divorce lawyer in December 2018. She did a very poor job . My ex- husband was very abusive and I am disabled from his abuse. She didnt set up police protection for me to get out my personal belongings. She knew he disregarded the list of items I asked for at meditation t...hat ex- agreed to and signed off on. She allowed ex lawyer to type it out then ex s lawyer stated that the items that I asked for was ex- husband s "personal property". I had to beg ex- husband for my familys antiques and my personal belongings.She knew he withdrew all funds from our joint bank account . She knew my ex committed perjury in court but didnt reveal it to the judge. I never got emergency alimony. She lied to me at mediation and told me that I wasnt suppost to see ex- husbands financial affidavit. I asked her 3 times and she stated it wasnt up for full disclosure. She knew ex- husband was having an affair because I had pictures of their conversations on my phone but never disclosed it to the judge in court. She knew my ex - husband hid assets but didnt disclose it in court because that would of proven that she never did a financial affidavit on him. She knew my ex- husband had a secret bank account because I told her my daughter opened it, his checks were being directly deposited into this account but she never disclosed it to the judge She is not a good lawyer and I would not recommend her to watch my hamster! I have made a 25 page complaint to the Georgia barr association and plan to make other complaints against her as well! I had to fire her before she screwed up my very tiny settlement that I did get that the Georgia law made him give me!!!

I hired Ms. Scott back in 2018. Ms. Scott was very straight forward and honest with me. When it came to costs, updates, recommendation's, and in general the whole case. She did exactly as I wanted her to regarding the case. If I had any questions she gave me a timely response. If I needed anything sh...e rendered to me when it came to the case. I called her once before after hours regarding the matter. She picked up for me, and handle the situation very genuinely. I am very pleased with my results, and how my situation was handled. I have referred many people to Ms. Scott , and they was pleased as well. I would definitely use her services again with out a doubt. The one thing I hate is when lawyers never give you consistent updates and communication, or show interest in the case of if it doesn't affect your life or lifestyle. Again, thank you Ms. Scott for constant communication, your presistency, your will power to fight for me when I had no one who could. Also for the consistent updates regardless of working or after hours. Those are the quality's that make a great lawyer.
