Mrs. Scott was an excellent attorney and hands down the best for my case. I am a father who was been dealing with custody battles nearly 5 years pro se, and while I was able to achieve most of my goal, having quality representation in my modification/change case made all the difference. I was represented by attorney Scott in my custody case. I was the defendant in my case, and Attorney Scott was able to obtain me getting primary physical custody of my 3 kids, which was exactly what I had asked for in my initial response back to the plaintiff. As a father, who had never went through... a custody battle before, attorney Scott went out of her way to explain things and made sure that everything was as stress free for me and my family as possible. She was also able to help me obtain this without having to set forth in a courtroom at all. She really went above and beyond for me and my family. From the very beginning, she was always upfront about costs and was always trying to find a way to cut costs by keeping us out of the courtroom, and cutting out some items that weren’t needed, which was very much appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. The majority of the time she would answer the phone, but when her paralegal would answer, he would reach out to her immediately and I would get a call back from her after she got out of court, even if it was after hours. That being said, she made me feel like she truly cared about the outcome of our case. I was very pleased with her representing me and I would definitely hire her again, and I would also recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney!

I hired Beatrice Scott for my divorce lawyer in December 2018. She did a very poor job . My ex- husband was very abusive and I am disabled from his abuse. She didnt set up police protection for me to get out my personal belongings. She knew he disregarded the list of items I asked for at meditation t...hat ex- agreed to and signed off on. She allowed ex lawyer to type it out then ex s lawyer stated that the items that I asked for was ex- husband s "personal property". I had to beg ex- husband for my familys antiques and my personal belongings.She knew he withdrew all funds from our joint bank account . She knew my ex committed perjury in court but didnt reveal it to the judge. I never got emergency alimony. She lied to me at mediation and told me that I wasnt suppost to see ex- husbands financial affidavit. I asked her 3 times and she stated it wasnt up for full disclosure. She knew ex- husband was having an affair because I had pictures of their conversations on my phone but never disclosed it to the judge in court. She knew my ex - husband hid assets but didnt disclose it in court because that would of proven that she never did a financial affidavit on him. She knew my ex- husband had a secret bank account because I told her my daughter opened it, his checks were being directly deposited into this account but she never disclosed it to the judge She is not a good lawyer and I would not recommend her to watch my hamster! I have made a 25 page complaint to the Georgia barr association and plan to make other complaints against her as well! I had to fire her before she screwed up my very tiny settlement that I did get that the Georgia law made him give me!!!
