I was represented by attorney Scott in my custody case. The majority of the time she would answer the phone, but when her paralegal would answer, he would reach out to her immediately and I would get a call back from her after she got out of court, even if it was after hours. That being said, she made me feel like she truly cared about the outcome of our case.
