I was represented by attorney Scott in my custody case. I was the defendant in my case, and Attorney Scott was able to obtain me getting primary physical custody of my 3 kids, which was exactly what I had asked for in my initial response back to the plaintiff. As a father, who had never went through... a custody battle before, attorney Scott went out of her way to explain things and made sure that everything was as stress free for me and my family as possible. She was also able to help me obtain this without having to set forth in a courtroom at all. She really went above and beyond for me and my family. From the very beginning, she was always upfront about costs and was always trying to find a way to cut costs by keeping us out of the courtroom, and cutting out some items that weren’t needed, which was very much appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. The majority of the time she would answer the phone, but when her paralegal would answer, he would reach out to her immediately and I would get a call back from her after she got out of court, even if it was after hours. That being said, she made me feel like she truly cared about the outcome of our case. I was very pleased with her representing me and I would definitely hire her again, and I would also recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney!

Please DO NOT solicit her services. Many times she did not call me back, she gave me the impression that she was actually working with the other attorney, she did not work to resolve my concerns in a timely manner. Often times when asked to pursue other alternatives, she would complain of a possibil...ity of going to court and I would be responsible to the charges. She did not work to get me what was rightfully mines. I would NOT ever recommend her. She has a laid back approach to what was concerning me and my future!!!!!
