Thomas Franklin Tierney

I was very disappointed with his legal representation. He is all about making money, but does very little to earn what he charges. Specifically, he provides NO useful legal counsel. He keeps very poor records and his memory of your case is even worse. He acts a though he is distracted or has attentio...n deficit disorder. To make matters worse, a courtroom deputy pulled me to the side and subtly advised me to find a new lawyer. I did, and I was shocked to discover all of what he had not done as well as all of what had to be undone. Retain at your own risk.

Mr. Tierney was very helpful and informative. Divorce is a difficult situation on many levels. He explained to me my options with respect to the law and what the possible outcome could be. If I had a question during non-business hours I would call and if he was available he would answer it, if he... was not available he would return my call at a later time. Mr. Tierney and his staff made a difficult situation in my life a little less stressful. I appreciate all of his legal advice and would recommend him as a divorce attorney.

Want results???? Hire Tom! He is on top of his game and Lisa is amazing! No BS straight to the point and they know the law. He will work for you and listen to you but he is straight to the point and will not sugar coat your case. I trust him and he worked on an emergency type case for me! I will alwa...ys use him in the near future!! Tom talks fast and so do I so I understand him! He's also very funny too! Great law firm and caring staff!
