I regret hiring Annie.

This is my personal opinion and experience with this firm and individual. If you're looking for a lawyer who will drain your bank account and consistently ignore your logical concerns, then Annie is the perfect choice for you! I cannot find a single redeeming quality about her, her law practice, ...her education, or her ability to communicate effectively. Annie is solely motivated by money, using deceptive terms like "low income" and "low bono" to lure in desperate individuals who can't afford exorbitant fees giving them a false reality that she works with you on a payment plan. Annie is solely focused on getting paid and will only provide absolute minimal communication once she receives her money then goes radio silent for weeks to a month at a time. Don't expect any timely responses from Annie, as she clearly has no regard for her clients' time or concerns. She will make empty promises and claim to be taking steps to help your case, but in reality, she does absolutely nothing. She's all talk and no action, leaving you high and dry when you need her the most. She completely disregards the agreement she insists you sign, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. To make matters worse, Annie intentionally withholds crucial information that could greatly benefit your case. As a result, I found myself entering my final court order trial completely unprepared and without any evidence, all because of her lack of transparency and honesty. Save yourself the headache and avoid Annie at all costs. It's clear that Annie has no clue how to balance her career and personal life. She is incapable of effectively managing both, which ultimately affects her ability to serve her clients. As someone who has been involved in a custody dispute for the past two years, I can confidently say that Annie has made my situation worse than it was before. Despite having concrete evidence of drug usage, parental alienation, and child neglect, Annie did absolutely nothing productive with this information. Instead, she argued with me at every turn, dismissing my concerns with a constantly saying "that doesn't matter" and having a rude attitude. I am utterly shocked by Annie's actions and her complete lack of empathy and compassion. She tries to dissuade you from going to court, not because it's in your best interest, but simply because she is lazy and unwilling to put in the effort to fight for your rights. It's clear that Annie is not the advocate you need in your corner. Also, prepare yourself for a complete lack of support and representation if you find yourself in front of a judge with Annie by your side. She will allow you to be mercilessly attacked without coming to your defense or giving you a chance to speak up for yourself. Annie clearly lacks any genuine concern for your well-being or the best interests of the child involved in your case. Truthfully she lacks a backbone that you need if and when your situation turns into a high conflict battle. Her insatiable greed for money takes precedence over everything else. It's truly sickening to witness her disregard for the outcome of your case and the impact it may have on the child. Annie's priorities are completely skewed, and it's evident that she is more interested in lining her own pockets than fighting for justice or advocating for what's right. Save yourself the heartache and frustration by avoiding Annie at all costs. Find a lawyer who genuinely cares about your case and has the best interests of your child at heart. Annie is not the advocate you need in such a critical and sensitive situation. Mulligan law, is simply a joke.

A shark in the courtroom

Annie is really great when representing for custody issues. I’ve been going to court for 10 years on and off with no success at getting the time for visitation that I needed. I hired Annie and she’s walked me through the process, advised and been available . I went from having supervised visits to no...w unsupervised visits with joint custody. This was a super win. I think I hired the best attorney for such a complicated case. If your case is complicated, I’m not just saying this , she knows how to argue to your defense in court. I recommend her and am rehiring her for another change needed with my other child .

Annie for the win!!

I've never had to hire an attorney before and was extremely nervous. What should have been an easy divorce was made nearly impossible due to an absent father who refused to sign simple papers. When I decided to seek legal advice I was given one piece of advice that stuck with me. "Get a bulldog attor...ney " lol as in someone who would not back down or give up. Annie Mulligan was compassionate, understanding , helpful and patient but also firm, strong, smart and prepared. She made me feel like I was more than just a client. Her and her staff were easy to get a hold of and were always available to answer any questions. It was honestly like a best friend was fighting for me. I could not be more thankful for her and her entire team.

Melanie

Annie did a great job. I could always text her and she would text me back. She was always available if I had a question. I definitely recommend her to be your attorney. She’s a great person and an attorney who will fight for you.

Handled My Divorce After Firing Previous Attorney

Annie came in in less than 3 days after I fired my previous lawyer for unethical actions and was ready within that timeframe to represent me for an emergency hearing. She was extremely well prepared in that short time and defended my stance with the utmost expertise. I am not a person to write review...s for anything, but she deserves it! If I have any legal issues in the future, I will definitely only deal with Annie and her team. The correspondence is immediate and her team always responds. Greatest attorney I have used in Georgia. Also, my case was based in Gwinnett county.

"Annie started off as a promise of help during a particularly busy season, and quickly became a friend. She is an amazing professional, she works really hard for her clients and always strives to know more and do things even better. You just don't find work ethic like this anymore, and especially not for the fee structure. I'm proud of the image she gives to all attorneys, and I'm proud to call her a friend."
