Excellent Attorney that Gives Authentic Advise
Richard is an incredible attorney willing to go the extra mile for clients. We have not needed to retain his services, however, he literally provided us with basic advice for free, which helped us gain clarity and decide our next course of action. Contractor Agreement
Rick helped us create an agreement that we can use in our General Contracting business. He took the time to get to know about our business - where we were at now, and where we wanted to grow - and created an agreement that worked for our business. With his knowledge of the building industry he was also able to guide us in creating this agreement to include things that we didn't originally consider. I'm very happy with the work he did for us but also happy to have Rick as a resource for anything that comes up down the road.

Subcontract agreement review
Rick’s service has proved to be invaluable to my business. Rick’s review of one contract in particular brought to light some very unfavorable language which I had missed. Consequently the contract was amended prior to exicution thus leveling the playing field. This was a major reason why my small business has been paid on time and compensated for all extra work.

Condo Closing
Mr. Manning represented both myself, as buyer and the seller on a condo closing. While the deal did not go through he was professional, efficient, and polite to everyone involved. Due to his knowledge and training in accounting and finance, he had sound real estate advice. I have hired a number of real estate lawyers for different deals and would recommend Mr. Manning to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Mr. Manning helps with a property issue involving multiple owners. The property was in Wyoming and I lived out of state so therefore it was handle over the phone and by e-mail. He was very informative and quick to deal with my. I am looking forward to meeting him now that I have moved to Wyoming. Not only will I recommend him I will be also hiring hem to take any legal transaction in the future.

Extremely pleased
Rick was very professional and knowledgeable in his approach to our construction dilemma. With one phone call, he got right to work on solving our issue. He was also upfront and honest throughout the entire process by easily keeping in touch through email and phone calls. He was personable and reliable in all communications and in the end, got us a result we were happy with for a fair price(and in a place like Jackson, Wy, that is hard to come by).
