Biography
I love trials. I am on a streak of 8 trials where the jury returned verdicts of "Not Guilty" on all or the most serious counts in which my clients were charged. Just this year my client was acquitted of all counts (4) in federal court. Each case is unique, but I hope to extend that streak! Being an effective trial lawyer also allows me to negotiate favorable results for my client. You should always ask a trial lawyer about his last 5 or 6 trials and whether he was lead or co-counsel . . . listen to the answer before choosing.
