Justin Leveritt Jones

I was facing 25yrs. in prison; I had been sitting in jail for over 20 months. The first attorney talked to me one time in the first year that was it. One day they told me I had a visit that was when I met Justin Jones we talked I told him about my case, that's when He told me That I was in "NO MAN L...AND" stuck in the system. He was going to file a motion to first reduce my bond to try to get me out, the judge refuse to reduce it. The next visit he informed me would be to file for a speedy trial. After waiting three months I received my trial date. I was first offered 15 do 10 I declined; Justin also informed me that we had a strong case, a week before trial a second offer 10 do 5 which i also declined. Justin had been prepping me for trial every day, I was very confident in his ability to make me fill relax by studying his "TRUTH POINTS". The first day He picked the jury he informed me we had a good jury. When the trial started Justin went to work like "Ben Madlock". He had this huge paper chart which he wrote down key answers from witnesses, when the DNA expert came up He pull out another huge chart which He and the DNA expert went over line for line marking off each with different color markers the jury was locked in with him He totally took over the trial. When closing augments began, He pull out once again these huge charts which he had key info from witnesses earlier and, that DNA chart which he marked off Xs on all the empty boxes during closing putting it all together for the jury. Very impressive. When the jury came back with a" NOT GUILTY" plea I could not stop crying, I know that the Lord had sent me an angel to save me in the form of Justin Jones. He put his heart into it, I am so appreciative of his dedication. Inmates that seen me go to visits with him before trial said the even their paid lawyers didn't do the work like Justin was putting in. I'm at home enjoying my family because of the work that this man God has bless with a Great Talent. I thank him with all my heart you need him on your case period. I was facing life without parole if I went to trial. Best offer they gave me was 25 years in prison. I sat in jail for over 2 years with 2 different attorneys that never saw me and no court date. But when Justin got my case things started moving. I got in front of the judge in a few weeks he filed a... speedy trial and I had trial 2 months later. Nobody believed me but he did. He was like Jordan in the 90’s. Everytime he got up, it was like the jury perked up and the whole feel of the court changed. He ate up the DNA expert and used a box of candy to show he was full of crap. He was bringing up stuff in trial that even I didn’t know and I busted out crying after he gave his closing argument. The jury said not guilty on all counts and I’m a free man thanks to Justin. He interviewed me on video after and I let him put it on his avvo page so folks can see what happened to me and what he did. I tell anyone, if you need a lawyer who’s gonna eat your case and put his soul into it the Justin is the man. Thanks for ever.
