Tiffany R. Lunn

Attorney Tiffany Lunn helped me get substantial custody rights with my daughter. Before meeting her I was skeptical about wanting a female attorney to handle my case. I did not know if she would fight for my rights as a father. I wanted to continue to be as much of a part of my daughter's life as ...possible so I was looking for an attorney that would fight for father's rights. I came to see in time that I made the right decision in hiring her. Attorney Lunn stepped up for me and got me most of what I wanted in my case.

Attorney Lunn is straightforward, smart and genuine. She represented me in a divorce/child custody case. Me and my husband were not getting along and it made the situation very stressful for me but Attorney Lunn explained things and kept me more focused. She walked me through the process step by step.... I called her with questions and she or her assistant Sid would address them quickly. I can't tell you how much her guidance meant to me. I came to know her not only as a very good attorney but also as a friend. I would highly recommend Tiffany Lunn. I have never had the kind of relationship and confidence with a lawyer as I came to have with Tiffany. I won't be looking for another family law attorney. I have one.

I approached Ms. Lunn to assist me with my divorce case on August 29, 2012 and paid her a $2,500 retainer. During the initial consultation, Ms. Lunn seemed nice and professional--- and even seemed genuinely concerned about my case. She promised that she would begin work on my case right away and woul...d also file an appearance as my attorney of record with the court. One Month went by and I started feeling like nothing was being done on my divorce case, so I emailed Tiffany Lunn and got an auto-reply, but never received a reply from the attorney herself. So I decided to call and see if I could get a status report; however, I got her voice mail and after leaving a message, received no return call from the attorney. I also went online to check the court website to see if she had made an appearance as my attorney of record, and found that she had not. That is the simplest thing an attorney can do, is file paperwork with the court announcing they are the new attorney on the case. There were more attempts to contact Tiffany Lunn, but I got no responses. Two months passed, and still no attorney activity on my divorce case. All the while, my ex wife's attorney was diligently handling her affairs by filing motions, etc. I still could not get a status report on the current progress of the case from Tiffany--- and even more troubling, she still had not made an appearance as my attorney of record in the case. So technically, I was not represented at all in the eyes of the court. Finally, I had enough and approached another attorney to get the ball rolling on my case in order to protect my interest. The new attorney is absolutely excellent! During the initial consultation, she devised a plan of action and even gave me legal ideas to pursue custody of my son. I decided to go with the new attorney and terminate my contract with Tiffany Lunn and the Lunn Law firm. I then informed Tiffany to stop any work and return the retainer fee that I had paid her upfront initially. She then proceeded to provide a long- winded excuse as to why she had not made an appearance as my attorney of record and forwarded me a bogus and trumped-up billing statement for services rendered on my behalf in the amount of approximately $2,000!! I could not believe my eyes--- just highway robbery. Tiffany even admitted that she had been out of town for two or three weeks during the time-period in question--- but still claims to have performed all of this "work" on my case. Here you had an attorney who couldn't even perform the simplest task of filing as my attorney of record with the court; an attorney I had not spoken with (or exchanged emails with) since the initial consultation; and an attorney who did not send me monthly statements of progress--- charging me almost $2,000 for so-called services rendered. That is not only amazing, but also very unethical. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Georgia State Bar Association. Now I am left with absolutely NOTHING to show for spending almost $2,000 in legal fees. Absolutely NO work product whatsoever! In this economy, who has that kind of money to completely waste on an attorney who is not worth her weight in salt? I repeat---RUN for the nearest exit--- you do not want to do business with this person. I wish someone could have wanred me in advance--- I would be about $2,000 richer.....
