Walter Linton Moore

I hired Walter to file a TPO. He explained that we needed to do it ASAP. He said he would have it done within 2 days. I paid him in full $2,000. After 2 days went by, I called and left a message. No return for 2 more days. I called once more and he finally answered. He informed me that he had not fil...ed the TPO yet. I was very upset at this point. I told him I would file the TPO myself. Which I did the next day with no issue. I called the following week to ask for a refund. His wife answered and informed me he would be back in the office that day before 5. I went and waited on him at his office. At around 6PM he showed up. I explained to him I wanted a full refund because he had not done any work on my case. He said he would not give me a full refund. I have reported him to the GA BAR PLEASE BEWARE!

Hired this man for a divorce case. He has taken over $1700 from us and has done nothing. He won’t return phone calls, text or emails. He was recently arrested for not showing up to court for his own case so he has no problem not showing up for his clients. He is a fast talker and will promise you the... moon and stars just to get ur money but then you will never get what u paid for. Do not hire this man. I have been in contact with more then 15 other clients of his that he has taken money from. There is also a fb page dedicated to the people he has taken money from and never helped them. Walter Moore will take everything you have and give you nothing in return. Please do not hire this attorney.

I'm very unhappy with my experience with Mr Moore. It's been months and my case was not handled the way I feel it should have been. I have not recieved all documentation on my case and Mr Moore has not been providing me with itemized billings of his work. I feel that he is extremely unprofessional in... the way he speaks to me. I have fired him and am now ha if. To seek help to correct mistakes that were made and hope that I still have a case.

We recently hired Walter Moore to help with a child support and visitation modification case. He was never available and never returned calls. He never turned in the paperwork for the discovery motion so we had to go to a hearing and he didn’t even show. Judge had to find him and give him 10 days to ...get the paperwork work in that we had given him prior. He never handed it in and we got served with contempt papers . It was at this point that we had to hire another lawyer who handled everything within a week. I read several reviews on him and it appears he used to be very good , but looking at more recen reviews clearly shows something changed. He is definitely not worth hiring now.

Walter Moore and his team of staff did an outstanding job defending and fighting for me and my children in my divorce case. Mr. Moore is very proficient, liable, and hands on when it comes to representing his clients. Always responded back with me regarding any questions or concerns I may have had us...ually within the same business day. He made a point to make sure I understood everything throughout my whole process. His passion for his clients and law definitely shines when in the court room. I not only got a fair trail, but also at an affordable rate. This guy is awesome and he and his team rocks! I could never thank Walter and his staff enough. In difficult times we all need an advocate to fight for our rights, stand up to the opposing side and take action, I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of Walter and his firm fight for me!
