Walter Linton Moore

This lawyer did not complete our case. He is currently being suspended by the GA BAR for substance abuse. He received our flat rate fee in full but did not deliver. He would not return calls, emails or texts. Would not show up for meetings even after we drove 12 plus hours to be there(we live out of ...town). He didn't tell us about a court date until the night before(after we just had a baby, again we live 12 hours away). He would be late if he did show up at all and had double booked our appointments more than once leaving us to talk to other clients at our scheduled time. Unprofessional in that he was supposed to turn in documentation for us but never did. Also failed to mention needing further documentstion which had the other side of our case trying to file a default judgment. Our case not being thrown out due to tjis lawyer's failures yet is by the grace of God ONLY!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

Worst attorney ever. Should have read the bad reviews before I hired him. Paid his flat rate of $500 and then he just kept stringing me along, but never actually did anything. Didn’t show up for appointments, scheduled others at the same time and would leave the room constantly, leaving me sit in his... conference room for hours, never returned phone calls unless he calls you by mistake thinking you’re someone else, basically the worst kind of thief and liar. He doesn’t even deserve one star. This man should never practice law again. Stay away!!

I hired Walter to file a TPO. He explained that we needed to do it ASAP. He said he would have it done within 2 days. I paid him in full $2,000. After 2 days went by, I called and left a message. No return for 2 more days. I called once more and he finally answered. He informed me that he had not fil...ed the TPO yet. I was very upset at this point. I told him I would file the TPO myself. Which I did the next day with no issue. I called the following week to ask for a refund. His wife answered and informed me he would be back in the office that day before 5. I went and waited on him at his office. At around 6PM he showed up. I explained to him I wanted a full refund because he had not done any work on my case. He said he would not give me a full refund. I have reported him to the GA BAR PLEASE BEWARE!

Hired this man for a divorce case. He has taken over $1700 from us and has done nothing. He won’t return phone calls, text or emails. He was recently arrested for not showing up to court for his own case so he has no problem not showing up for his clients. He is a fast talker and will promise you the... moon and stars just to get ur money but then you will never get what u paid for. Do not hire this man. I have been in contact with more then 15 other clients of his that he has taken money from. There is also a fb page dedicated to the people he has taken money from and never helped them. Walter Moore will take everything you have and give you nothing in return. Please do not hire this attorney.
